I've seen indicative pricing and I think it will be on a par or slightly less than the Joker. If you are going to Jetpower then the pricing will be available on Friday but who knows maybe a reseller will release pricing sooner?

Thanks, if it's less than the joker thats great news. Not going to JP :-(

One more thing I just noticed in the last photos is how the wheel wells are in the wing, it just makes it so easy to put the wings on and off.

I think Euro composites are superior to almost anywhere. I have a 300 flight old Futura that several folks had never seen and asked me last weekend if it was brand new.

I have a buddy with a T1 that a few pebbles from the asphalt runway came up and dented the flaps.

YMMV but this is my experience.

My USA made BVM stuff is also very light and very durable.

Looks good but IMO a little underpowered with the K45. Took a while to take off even on that hard surface runway.

Would definitely go for the K70 and maybe even the new K85 in this one.

Jet Power Friday

Cant wait to see the new "smaler" birds live and will be tough to make up my mind witch one to buy....

For now,

1 Rebbel Hot (when quality is improved to the previous 2 meter version i had)
2 Carf Joker
3 Mini T-1
4 ZN line Wizzard (although i do like this one a lot but it's just over priced IMO)

Carbon fiber in and of itself does not make for great design. Proper use of carbon where necessary? Sure.. But simply using carbon for the sake of using it doesn't make a design better. It DOES make it more expensive, and if it's not needed, then why pay for it?

Good point Doug, maybe my comment was a little misplaced. We don't know if the pilot was even at full power maybe he took off at less than that, and of course a relaxed takeoff always better than a hectic one.

To put my thoughts in to perspective, myself and my pals (regretably) operate from an uneven grass surface. This places a lot of load on the undercarriage so we opt for fast and short take offs to reduce the potential for damage. To achieve that we're normally looking for power to weight ratio of about 1.3:1 or better. So in my view from that video it looked a little underpowered (to me) on the K45. If I had a nice smooth and long hard surface I would probably not be as picky.

To me the airplane looked ready to fly well before he rotated.. I get what you're saying though about flying off of grass..

Any way, it's about/roughtly €2500,- inc. servo's electron retracts, tank, pipe in multi colour.

And this is inc. VAT

Talked to mauro him self and he said that if you order now you will have it before the end of the year.....
But his colleague i spoke to a while later said next year Feb. at the erliest .....

But it's a beauty, really really nice looking bird.

Watched 2 display flights, and i would straight away go for the K70 no doubt!! The K45 did make it look underpowered IMO. From grass no chance with the K45...

1800EU for a combo kit of everything minus engine seems pretty good.

That seems really good. Will be ingesting to see what the price will be in the US. That is a better deal than the Mini T1 or the CARF Joker.

We tested the Total weight this morning..
incl 60% fuel left in tank 5.9 Kilo.
this was the Demo model orange , but dont forget it was painted outside the mould.
production models should be slightly less.
still extreme light...
