Not sure this is good etiquette, but if you wouldn't mind, would you PM me with the correct email address? I'm still thinking I have something wrong in the address, but its the same one they used to acknowledge the payment funds transfer, yet it gets no answers. I was told by the fellow that put me onto Mauro directly, that it was shipped (2 weeks ago) yet nothing as far as a tracking number or notification of any kind to me or the shipping depot here.
Thanks in advance, but if you don't feel comfortable, then feel free not to send it to me.

Major FedEx issues as the package sat in Italy at FedEx’s departure point for a WEEK! Into Memphis Wednesday night, into Canada today, and its ON THE TRUCK for delivery... I may need a drink!!! I had a friend interfere with FedEx’s procedures and up the status from economy so it got from Italy to Canada via the USA in a day...customs will bill me later I guess... now hopefully its all intact with the tank, gear, and pipe as ordered... Yeah I do need a tall cool one!!I

I agree, the paint shows the glass weave through it, but the bird is LIGHT! All I got for a manual was 3 layout sheets for horns and gear leg cutouts. The hatch mounting is vastly different than anything I have done to date as it is so very long incorporating the intakes into itself. The correct method for mounting it would be nice to know. Bolt or latch, and front or back? Where to put the various sized guide horns, dowels etc.
Anyway glad it finally got here...and indeed it appears to be straight!!!

So all the really bad paint is on the hatch, I'll be talking to some local guys on getting it fixed.
As for sending it back... Titanic head ache... so I will build it... fly it like a orange headed step child!

Again I agree, with all the time it took to get the thing and as great as they are reputed to fly, sending it back is not an acceptable solution. The scheme is so dramatic that most won’t ever notice the weave showing etc. This is a new kind of composite structure (I’m told) so maybe there are learning curves not anticipated. I get the requesting a discount but that’s as likely as getting the IRS to refund your lifetime taxes paid! Now onto my question:
Does anyone know what I should be trying to do with these G-10 parts? The top two sets are 1/16” (1.62mm) thick and the bottom set is 1/8” (3.09 mm) thick. The top set might be for the flaps as they are an internal horn set up. The middle set mystifies me but maybe for the hatch guides just at the intakes? The bottom set looks to be a riser for maybe the engine or nose gear?
